Catalina Tea aims to provide a good shopping experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Contact us within 14 days after receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- Opened or used food, tea and supplement products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
